Rob Odell / Chief Inspiration Officer - Rob serves as the Chief Inspiration Officer at Bobber Housing Solutions, where he focuses on setting the tone, vision, and culture of the organization. His role centers on reminding the team why the work matters and ensuring the mission stays bigger than any single challenge.  He believes we exist to change lives - permanently and for the better. Leaving an everlasting positive impact on everyone who stays at our houses. As CIO, Rob is responsible for motivating the team, reinforcing accountability with empathy, and keeping Bobber Housing grounded in purpose, progress, and people-first decision making. He brings a unique blend of lived experience, business discipline, and real-world perspective to the organization, helping transform structure into stability and houses into homes.  When he’s not inspiring the team, Rob can usually be found playing padel, at the beach, reporting to Allie, and working out.

Allie

Allie / Chief Barketing Officer - Allie serves as our official mascot and good girl. While she is not located on the property, she is fundamental in our teams mental health and stress reduction. Outside of work Allie enjoys butt scratches, belly rubs, treats, and strategic naps.

Ava Dizon

Director of Keeping the roof on - Ava acts an executive assistant and operations manager. She assists in all the inter workings behind the curtains to ensure each tenants experience at BHS is seamless and memorable. Ava is Roman Catholic and spends much of her free time at church or volunteering to help the local community in the Philippines. The rest of her time is spent with her 4 amazing children and husband.

Hannah Williams - Director of Vibes

Hannah makes us look cool. Acting as our Chief Marketing Officer, she brings a blended and unique background to our organization. Hannah is one of the most empathetic and passionate individuals on the team. She resides in London, England. Meaning her accent makes us sound smart. Hannah has over 18 years experience marketing and has worked on many philanthropist endeavors. She understands and emphasizes the importance of human connection and community engagement allowing her to be the absolute perfect fit for our team. Outside of work she enjoys cooking roasts, making every season and event special and loves spending time with her family and friends, and watching home makeover shows.

Francisco Reyes (Cisco) Chief Enforcement Officer - only kidding!

Cisco acts as Bobber Housing Solution’s Director of property management. With his past experience in behavior health for substance abuse, in combination with his extensive expertise in property management, he is the perfect fit for BHS. In his free time Cisco is a personal trainer and boxing coach. He has a passion for training, building, and developing young talented athletes. He teaches them to fight in the ring, not in the streets.

Angel Cruz - the GOAT.

He is the man you call when you Get Outta Addiction Treatment. Angel acts as our Director of Outreach and community liaison. His electric personality, care for his fellow human, and passion for helping people is unwavering. His long experience in addiction treatment and involvement in the recovery community makes him a fundamental resource to our team. In his free time Angel enjoys time with his children, movies, and volunteering at community events.
